CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage construction projects from concept to delivery: design-build projects, commercial, residential, apartment & building renovations-- ensuring seamless coordination among project entities, such as designers, engineers, contractors, and owner personnel.

• Oversee the receipt and processing of construction documentation while maintaining strict adherence to project QA/QC processes and contract requirements.

• Collaborate in the review of schedules, proposed change orders, and contractor applications for payment.

• Vigilantly monitor and manage client project budgets and internal budgets, optimizing project performance.

• Conduct construction inspections, guaranteeing conformity with design specifications and building codes, and provide comprehensive reports.

• Review shop drawings and submittals, offering recommendations to the client, engineering team and other stakeholders.

• Identify and report safety hazards, taking corrective actions and ensuring their completion.

• Manage project design and construction efforts, integrating them with field personnel, validating change requests, and ensuring project objectives are met.

• Prepare and distribute official weekly project status reports to stakeholders.

• If applicable: Assist the client's Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) in acquisition planning and administration
